Seema Sadekar & Stacey Bieber to host ESPN SuperBowl XLV Full Swing Golf

Las Vegas - Play Golf Designs' Seema Sadekar and Stacey Bieber are taking their talents to Superbowl XLV. This Saturday, the PGD talent will be hosting "Full Swing Golf," during NEXT, a pre-SuperBowl Tailgate party hosted by ESPN the Magazine. During the event both Seema and Stacey will be interacting with the fans and teaching then proper swing etiquette.Although football is the main focus of the SuperBowl weekend, both Seema and Stacey will be offering fans a glimpse into the world of Women's Professional Golf.

"Stacey and I are looking forward to giving ESPN fans tips on their swing, and assisting them with their shots," Seema Says.

Stacey is training for the upcoming 2011 season in Dallas, "Seema and I have been competing together since I can remember, this will be a wonderful experience and opportunity to share together. We are proud to be a part of this spectacular event."

NEXT, The ESPN Magazine Fan Event Tailgate will be held at River Ranch, 500 NE 235d St., Fort Worth, Texas.

Seema Sadekar: A Little Flash On The Links

Duramed FUTURES Tour member Seema Sadekar of Toronto is the first to admit that she doesn't want to look like any other player on Tour. That would explain her over-the-top gold-colored golf bag with silver glittery side panels edged by rhinestones. Or even the bling-bling glittery matching headcovers that make her sparkle like the celestial heavens.

"I think that golf needs to be a little more fun and I've always liked to be loud and flashy," said Sadekar, a second-year professional who played college golf at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

Sadekar says she wanted to bring a little "diamonds and gold" to her golf bag and got some help in designing her tour bag from big sister Nisha Sadekar, a former Tour member. Big sister Nisha runs her "Play Golf Designs" business in Las Vegas, which lines up professional women golfers for corporate client golf outings in Vegas.

And when little sister Seema shows up either on the Duramed FUTURES Tour or for rounds of corporate golf in Vegas, she no doubt, leaves an impression wherever she goes.

"I like to be different," she said. "And this bag is so me."

InGameNow & Sports Illustrated's "World's Hottest Athlete" Contest

Six Play Golf Designs' Professionals have been selected and featured by InGameNow.com and Sports Illustrated/SI.com's World Hottest Athlete Contest. Now it's down to the Elite Eight! With Blair O'Neal and Kim Hall still in the hunt for the top vote, Play Golf Designs looks promising in this contest. Even though Seema Sadekar knocked off Perry Swenson Round 1, Blair swept Seema in Round 2. PGD Professionals' Anna Rawson and Tina Miller swept through their respective Round 1 matches, but when facing off in Round 2, Anna managed to close the deal when the polls were tallied. Blair then won against Anna, but as luck may have it she will now face off against Kim Hall. Kim swept the W7 division bracket, but can she pull through against fellow PGD Professional Blair O'Neal in the Elite Eight? Only one can move on to the Final Four...
